Leafblade

Sean Jude has sustained an injury to his left wrist which has left him unable to play guitar, and has been forced to pull Leafblade out of the forthcoming tour.

Leafblade would like to apologise for this, and for any dissapointment, but as you can imagine, it is unavoidable and unfortunate.

I want to welcome all Leafy peeps to this mini Leafy forum here on Leafblade.net!

First off, I wish to point out that this is NOT a replacement for The Main Leafy Forum, but just a mini forum for visitors to Leafblade.net, which is here for their use.

Established Leafy forum members are encouraged to post here also, to help build this website up and provide Leafy support and friendship to newcomers

In this forum, everybody should start their own thread (using their username as the thread title) and enter a little about themselves as a way of an introduction.

Makes it as personal or impersonal as you like, but try to write at least a few paragraphs if you can

The Leafy community which is established on the main forum are a friendsly bunch of peeps, and always welcome new Leafy Spirits into their folds!

This is the Leafblade Randomizer.

This was one of the first scripts that Pete wrote for Randomizing Leafblade Audio and Pictures.

The photos are quite old now, as this script was made before Leafblade had toured to many places.

The music includes some Valle Crucis tracks as well as Leafblade ones.

So hopefully all rss feeds will be better now

Well, I thought I’d write a little about how Leafblade functions…

The first ingredient in the Leafblade pie is a liberal helping of Sean Jude. We lock him in a cupboard, feeding him once every three days, on a diet of water, bread and zen, and we dont let him go to the toilet until he has an idea for a song. Once Sean is confident that he has the correct musical geometrys, he goes for a musical dump.

That dump takes place usually at Brompton Abbey (which is Pete’s flat, or rather a pseudenom for it), where Sean gets allowed 2 or 3 cups of his favourate flavour of fruit tea (see oak machine song, at the begining…) Whilst Sean drinks that, Pete sets up chosen Sean soul duplicating audio capturing equipment (commenly known as a “Studio”), and tests the Cattle Prod (Ive also seen this reffered to as a “Microphone” by some wierdos).

Some stuff happens, normally some form of enlightened insanity, or a mixture of both words, and Pete laughs as Sean is shoved back into the cupboard with a Snickers or two, and a video of “Trees and Rivers Monthly” with no video player or tv, whilst Pete adds and alters things, and then leaks Seans duplicated soul on to the Internet for shits and giggles.

Lulz usually ensue…

Welcome to the new look Leafblade.net site!

I’ve been wanting to redesign the page for a long time, but I have been very lazy in the past. The old page was simply a front page with links to external sites on it.

With this new leafblade.net site, I hope to have a central place for all leafblade related material, and perhaps build a nice community for our friends.

You can register here, and leave text / voice / video comments to almost everything on this site…

Things to do :
